I have so many fond memories of Caroline, such a "lovely lady" (her usual greeting). When she and George moved into the house next door she very quickly became a lovely friend. My young daughters, Avril and Carol very soon discovered what a fun person she was. They spent endless hours next door having fun, learning to write secret messages by writing backwards and in circles, (it took me a long time to figure it out). Loving and fun-loving, caring and sharing were her default character traits. I will treasure the memory of the time we spent sharing cups of tea and putting the world to rights as we worked in our back gardens. Caroline touched and blessed the lives of all those she came in contact with so it will be a much poorer world without her. She loved and trusted the Lord in all things and her faith was evident. I look forward to the day when He says to Caroline, "Well done, good and faithful servant". Sleep in peace lovely lady.
