Inspiration from Proverbs 31:10-31 NIV and our Loving Mum A wife of noble character can be hard to find She’s worth far more than rubies. So gentle, so kind. Her husband trusts her and will never grow poor, Her joy and her happiness he so much adore. She brings good, not harm, all the days of her life. She’s his everything, his rock, his comfort, his wife. She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. And keeps people together like rubber bands. She is like the merchant ships, bringing food from afar. But in the modern day, food comes in a jar. She gets up while it is still late at night; she provides food for her family without a fight. She sets about her work; her arms are strong for her tasks. Even ones she has struggled, does without any asks. She sees that her lamp does not go out at night. Her lamp is her heart so wonderful so bright. She opens her arms to the needy and the poor. Her personality is so like an open door She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come, She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; But her trust in her Lord cleans the sin that was beating. A woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. By her friends and her family for all of her days. Honor her for all that her hands have done, For she now rests in heaven praising the one who is to come.
